I took it as them dumping this whole continuity. They've already made it continuity that Jackman is Wolverine for the entirety of the younger cast's existence.

They'll probably hit up the mouse for a Spider-Man meal plan.

I'm sure Quicksilver will have a new look as well as a bigger role, too.

I thought DOFP was great, I am really excited for this one.

I definitely prefer the Days of Future Past look. I hated the First Class cat/Grinch.

The girls look very cute. Looks like the scene is set in a mall, which is a definite 80s vibe. Maybe Singer wanted to pay homage to his own teen years, which is kind of cool to me since we're close to the same age. Looking forward to seeing how the rest of the cast looks, and hopefully the costumes will be cool. Thus far I'm all on board for this one.
