After the awesomeness that was the Cap 2 trailer, this just didn't do it for me.

And what the heck was up with that bizarre cut with Wolverine screaming!

Right?!
Looks like 2 brothers that got their chops in television comedy understand good comic book movies more than Singer does.

Singer needs to be banned from doing anymore comicbook movies.

In all fairness, Singer did say this movie wouldn't have any action. So I suppose, just wait.

While the trailer is being critised for being slow, thankfully it didn't show too much like so many others these days.

With most trailers you see all of the action and have nothing held for first time viewing in the actual movie.

I don't know. Personally, I thought the trailer sucked... big time! It's one of worst trailers in recent memory (to me). The movie could still be good, though I got to be honest... I find this whole X-Men franchise very lackluster.

Dumping on the foX-Men franchise is cathartic for me as a long time fan of the comics but Novas reaction is a bonus.
He needs one of those plastic safety flip up shields over his buttons cuz they're way too easy to push.

There was just NOTHING heroic or super about that trailer.

Just music trying to trick your brain into believing that what they were saying was important and world changing.

Sorry, but i'll take Hulk smash over this serious stuff.

The trailer wasn't bad (had MoS feel) but nowhere did it scream epic like Cap 2. Everyone knows trailers build hype not necessarily dictate the film itself. Cap won (IMO) the first round of hype. Personally, I am hope both turn out fantastic!

I'm just annoyed we aren't getting a proper First Class sequel.
That I would be more excited about. I've kinda had it with Hugh McWolverine and Storm Berry is just silly.

But I stil l thought the trailer was interesting. But muddled.

Was never meant to be. X-Men aren't really superheroes, they're superpowered outcasts.

The movies have never been about action and saving people, why should the trailer to a sequel be so.

I’ll take good acting and great performances over action any day. I’m in the minority but I honestly think the only good movie Marvel studios has made is Iron Man 1. The rest are just subpar films in my opinion.
