Dunno why fox and Singer insist on having Logan as the main character first class did well without him story wise.
I understand why people hate Wolverine from the movies since they make him the central character. I mean, I have a problem with that since I always wanted the same experience of a full X-Men team from the animated series... but I'm such a Wolverine fan I can't help but still enjoy it.
Hopefully whatever they change in the 70's negates the previous trilogy so we can get all the characters back and on track.
I would assume with this change that Wolverine would join the X-Men originally in the 70s, but this makes me question how would he get his Adamantium in this alternate reality if it wasn't through Weapon X.
What I don't understand is how Wolverine can remember Nagasaki AFTER being shot in the head.

Maybe the bullets werent strong enough lol do they count origins ?
I thought Origins was left out of continuity.

Actually after thinking about it, it's easy to pass off as one of the memories Xavier unlocked during his stay with the X-Men.
That could be it, still it does come off as a plot hole. I do hope Origins is written out.
I dunno. I understand that some liberties need to be taken to make things work for film and actually preferred the Origins take on Sabertooth to the campily horrid take in X1 that showed how sometimes a direct translation from comic to film doesn't work. If you cut out Gambit and Weapon XI, I think Origins is still a solid entry.
Deadpool having Adamantium butterknives...
That wasn't Deadpool, , that was "Weapon Eleven." It wasn't even Reynolds, so it works for continuity, too!
