Have you ever read Days of Future Past?
Yea, that was the comic this movie is inspired by, not the script.

Then shhhhh. If you haven't read it, you've got no clear idea what the trailers mean, so to you, comments will seem nonsensical. However, if you had read it, you'd understand that Wolverine is replacing Kitty as the center of the story and main protagonist (and rightfully so given Jackman's the RDJ of the FOX franchise). If that's not the case, and the script has nothing to do with the comic, given all that they've shown, then Singer's using just the name and making some asstastic bastardization that's going to be an uncleanable **** stain worse than Origins, in the chonies of FOX's X-franchise.
Oh no, I read it. I know he’s replacing Kitty, and honestly I never liked her going back anyway. Also saw the Animated series version with Bishop, and Wolverine and X-men. But I said it before, Jackman going back makes sense business wise, and story wise. Doesn’t mean he will be the main character.
They are taking that story, and making their version out of it. The comic wasn’t the only version of DOFP. I always preferred the time traveler be Bishop anyway.
For those asking if our Rogue cover means Rogue is in the movie, a definitive statement from Bryan Singer and Simon Kinberg is in the issue.
I don't mind Warpath's look.
They found a way to at least give him his eye mask, and it works. Just copy what they did on Arrow.I don’t know who the actor is playing him, but the costume is pretty accurate to the comics.

Warpath isn't the hardiest look to translate to film though, and the same applies to Wolverine, just give them a T shirt with their classic designs on them and you have something that at least tries to bring something from their comic looks to life.
Like this:
The blue jeans also tie into his costume colors nicely.
It's not hard to bring something from his costume into this.
