They could of easily taken the comic design, and give it all the ridges and lines and other unnecessary design choices they give everything else and I would of still appreciated it more if it was in the vein of the comic design and color scheme.

I just saw the trailer and think it's pretty good. Certainly better than any of the other marketing junk they've thrown at us thus far. They show Storm like 10 times in that commercial, making you think she has a sizable role, but I bet she doesn't. I bet Sunspot and Colossus are just cannon fodder for the Sentinels.

Eh, not really. They're both ****. In my opinion, as much as I hated the movie, I liked The Last Stand's Sentinel design. They should've just stuck with that.

That makes these design choices even more lame.

If Xavier really was central to this movie, he'd be central to the poster. Instead we get sex symbols for both genders front and center.

I was thinking the same thing. For someone who couldn't do flight or fighting scenes, she sure got some trailer time regardless of her status.

As much as I dislike Singer, I thought the trailer was good and ill definitely check it out opening weekend. Sure, the sentinels suck but everything else looks pretty good.

This movie looks heaps better than the new Spidey ones. X-men and Spider-Man were always my two favorite comics growing up and I've dismissed the latest Spidey ones cause they look so crap... X-men lives to see another day IMO and I hope the film does well.

I now have 5 of the 6 pieces. I just got the right leg the other day on eBay, & only the right arm to go.
