They should redo a proper Weapon X movie with Sabertooth, Omega Red and the real Deadpool. I don't even care if it doesn't fit into the franchise. Everyone here has been saying to take them as stand alones right? So do it.

Sabretooth definitely needs to come back. I wouldn't be surprised if Omega Red was in the next Wolverine sequel.

Yeah, I think they should do that. That is definitive for both characters.
Closest he'll probably get is Juggernaut, if they bring him back. . .not sure if they fought in X3 or not, as I have effectively blocked most of that movie out of my mind.

Ask a-dev. He apparently has every single frame of his beloved X3 bookmarked so that he can cross reference it against every single moment in DOFP.
In fairness, it isn't because he likes the movie or anything. He's just obsessed with continuity stuff. . .being a bit time T2 fan does strange things to people 
You never responded to my post about themes from 1978's Cap #227 being present in TWS.
They did and it was a pretty good fight. If anything was good from that movie; it was that.

Wolverine's healing in the comics is best there is.
Cap's healing in Cap 2 is like Wolverine healing from the comics.
So a comic battle, Wolverine wins.
But a MCU battle, it would be about even.

I would imagine that it would be a draw between Cap and Wolverine in an MCU battle, though if worse came to worst I could see Steve wrapping Logan up in a sleeper hold and putting him down for the count. Suffocation seems to be Wolverine's only weakness.
