I hate how you're forced to listen to people talking whenever you don't have a mic plugged in and have "headset only" picked. I also hate how now whenever I go into a party without a mic I end up hearing game chat so I have to mute ppl or plug in a mic.

That's why I don't play multiplayer. All it takes is one to ruin it.

I don't understand. You can mute anyone you want. Just mute everyone and any problem is solved. Theres no need to punish yourself by taking away online play (which can be a lot of fun) when you can easily fix any annoying person by pushing a button.

Or just start a party chat with no one else in the room. You don't have to worry about anyone else talking.

I used to do that but now I have to plug in a mic or else i'll hear the game chat while being in a party.

Never had that issue before. Maybe it's a setting not set right.

It just started so its probably my xbox. I hate how I select headset only and it plays voice through my speakers if I don't have a mic plugged in.

I got to see an Xbox One in person at the Microsoft Store in Orlando. Everything is so much smaller than I expected, the system, controller and Kinect. I was much more impressed seeing it in person though it honestly looks a bit too much like the current Xbox so I'm worried that consumers will get confused.

Is killer instinct a free game at launch? They announced only 6 characters at launch and for more you have to pay $20 or more and they don't even arrive until late winter. Seems dumb to me. Or that the game won't be ready in time and MS is scrambling to get some content out. Either way, seems like another goof on their part.

Not for me this year. That said I buy all the systems because I'm not a fanboy of one over the other. I love all games. I have my PS4 paid off, own a Wii U, and will no doubt pick up the One. I must play Titan Fall and Gears of War. I'm sure they will have other exclusives I want as well. The only launch game I want is Forza. So I can wait.

Having one system and then whining about how ****ty the other ones are is lame fanboy BS. True gamers buy and enjoy them all (Should their budgets allow).

Not sure about sway people over but they have announced all european pre ordered machines will get a free copy of fifa 14 which is a nice touch.

Makes me think they'll probably give something to U.S. as well. Though we don't care as much about Fifa. Maybe it'll be Madden

I doubt they will. Xbox sells alot better in the US than it does in EU. EU loves their FIFA, so it's a cheap incentive ploy. That's just my guess anyway.

Would be a bit harsh if they didnt offer something.
Great for me though. I pre ordered last week without a game as im not sure what to get yet but I definitely wanted a football game and fifa.

Today, is Playstaytion gamescom conference. They will announce it before its over. Also think they will announce GTA V on PS4 ( hope )
