I'm wondering if the ES on this statue actually was high enough. I haven't seen very many people saying they missed out on it or scrambling for places to get one, even though it sold out very quickly.

I think people were better prepared for this release. Simply Toys had their POs available for a couple hours. If you missed on this it was because you didn't have access to the internet. No way could you belong to this forum and missed right?

That sucks. I've missed out on a couple pieces while traveling and not being able to get a reliable connection to the Internet or cell service.
