Yeah, I went from one side of the spectrum to the other after seeing the latest sculpt pics from the convention. That Stark sculpt came out so good, def rivals HT's latest RDJ's.

Limited to 500 pieces too, couldn't let it pass.

The new head sculpts definitely pushed me over as well. I snagged one at bbts a while ago to be safe so we'll see if I keep it. I may just get it anyhow and see how I like it. If I don't feel like it belongs or my distaste for the 42 armor overrides my affection for the statue, I'm sure I won't have much trouble getting my money back on it. As you know Y4NK33, I change my mind on everything Iron Man lol.

Wow ...I thought I was the only one that thought that! I love how the statue turned out, but I hate the armor. Frankly, I think Tony was drunk when he designed that armor. Or maybe the movie designers were the drunk ones when they came up with this.

I hated that armor when I first saw it...I thought it was absolute crap. Referred to it as the "Butterscotch" armor.

But this damn armor has grown on me...so much so that I will be purchasing this piece.

So if you have concluded you have full blown dementia...take comfort in knowing you are not alone.

I love this one made by XM, the pose is simple and visually powerful, but I found a problem from the head shape: it's too long and too rectangle. As it shows this the pic the long shape of the helmet makes the face cheek curve unnoticed. Dunno if it's photo scale problem or what but I will wait for more pics or in hand pics to see if this issue is noticeable or not.

Looks a little long from the angle, need a better comparison pic. Putting a pic of the Mk 7 and a pic of the Iron Patriot in there makes no sense whatsoever.
