I prefer fully sculpted. Mixed media works great in some cases but using it just to use it sucks.

The best job of sculpted fabric is the shirt on the Punisher CQ. That thing is just ridiculously realistic.

In my collection I have been mostly dissapointed by the mixed media. Sure some get it right but many times I feel like so much detail is lost

Only mixed media I have are Great ultron pf, batman pf, deadpool pf, sauron pf and briefly hellboy pf and dark rider.

On dark rider and sauron, it's almost necessary as tattered robes is part of the look.

On hellboy and deadpool it is minimal and really enhance the statues.

On great ultron it's just a cape that doesn't look too great or too bad. It's whatever.

On batman... Oh the pajamas. It's fine. I like it ok. But it doesn't need it and I feel would ultimately look much better fully sculpted. It sort of makes it look cheap even tho for what it is, it's mostly well done.

So for example I wouldn't mind if they gave hawkeye mixed media pouched or something, but I'd be livid if they put Phoenix in a fabric suit.

I just don't think mixed media adds enough to a statue to make up for how much it can hurt it when done poorly. And XM's sculpting is unreal. Do what works.

I hope we get a fully sculpted 1/4 badass batman to replace my PF.

My Batman PF is at Spazzy's house getting converted into 100% sculpted.... he has a few projects ahead of mine but can't wait to see what he comes up with

Oh whoa. Very nice. Can't wait to see the results. I love my spazzy deadpool swords.

HEY BMUTHA....THIS IS FOR YOU!!!!! Seems XM is altering a couple things on the Magneto....this was posted up on their facebook page.

The Helmet looks lower on the head...and it also looks like they are shortening the cape of Magneto so that it covers up less of the base (at least that is my guess from the pic. I don't know what the first pic could be showing.

Savage there is a function called Edit.

Is it adjusted? Looks to me like it just hasn't had the insides cut out (or maybe it's a paint illusion) so that it's not resting directly against the skin.
