I love that the Hobbit is getting some love. I guess I'm not the only one that went to the theatre to see it a bunch of times? I've already watched the BR twice too! Really though, it's already right up there with LOTR for me.

There's just something about Martin Freeman as Bilbo... I think I like that it's somewhat lighter than LOTR.

I agree. Freeman is perfect as bilbo. Definitely my favorite baggins. I am sure I will end up watching it the way I watched fellowship...which didn't leave my player for a year between the theatrical edition and the extended.
