In canada here, Future Shop has an exclusive keyhole sleeve cover for Alice.

And at Walmart, Alice also comes in a combo pack with a diary book, of same dimensions as a blu ray case. Which had a holographic cover on it as well.

Just got Ghost in the Shell 2.0 on Blu-Ray a few days ago, and I must say, it did look much better than the DVD release... and the new CGI animated scenes were amazing!
