Let us know how Ong Bak 2 is. I love Tony Jaa, and really enjoyed his first 2 movies.

Its awesome.I downloaded it a couple months ago when I couldn't wait for the DVD. He mixes a lot of different martial arts in this one. I think every fan of Jet Li or Jackie Chan should give this one a watch. I recommend buying it if you're a Jaa fan.

I broke down and ordered Batman Begins (ten bucks, it's that damn ten buck thing) and Baraka ($15) from Amazon. Hey, it was free shipping for $25!

The Pandorum Blu was better than expected - excellent audio, and the video quality was quite good as well. An excellent disc to check out the black levels on your display!

No buys for me this week unless something's on sale, but I have both Surrogates and Whip It rented on blu. Plan on watching them both this weekend!

How was Pandorum as a movie though?

Enjoyable if you don't go in expecting too much. They develop some very good tension on the ship, and while some of the story is pretty predictable, they do get in a few surprises.

I'm still a bit unclear on some of the actions of Quaid's character, and there's definitely some plot holes. But it's certainly better than the usual space horror, at least up until the somewhat silly ending.
