I just got back from watching that too. Thought it kinda sucked. :lol the ending was quite good but I seriously think they should have abandoned the "found footage" thing by now. I think it's holding them back. The film could have been so much more if they didn't insist on sticking to that format. And I agree, the story seemed a bit overly confusing now. I think mainly because they're just scrambling for ideas and ways to tie them all together.

Yeah, I think it's time to stop or get rid of the found footage.

I mean how silly that she's holding a camera at those last few scenes.

That being said, pretty decent ending.

But i'm officialy done with PA.

It was good while it lasted.

Yeah exactly. I mean, to an extent you can suspend belief and accept it as its a movie but when you get to four films you can't help but just think ok, no one would be running around with a camera like that, they'd just have dropped it and ran. It's pretty ridiculous. I do think the story all went together quite well, more so the first three really, but I just find the whole found footage so tiresome now and it's getting silly. I just kept thinking of randy in that South Park episode, pandemic. :lol

Boris Karloff's Thriller: The Complete Series

TV, I know, but never seen it and heard so many great things about it over the years. 67 episodes of the macabre meets 'The Twilight Zone' finally released onto DVD back in late 2010.

Did u guys stay till the very end of PA4?
:)

End? I stayed until the credits came out. Admittedly I was desperate to leave by that point as a group of grown men, must have been in their 20's were annoyingly shouting and jumping at every loud noise in the film. Was irritating as hell. Was there anything after the credits then?

Just watched curse of Frankenstein for the first time. Got the new blu ray, which looks great for such an old film. Totally loved it. Really hoping for more and more of the hammer classics to get this treatment.

Trick or treat
Its the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown
Nightmare before Christmas
28 days later
Dawn of the dead
Interview with a vampire
30 Days of Night

I just read what it was, be happy you didn't waste your time. :lol

A 30 second clip teasing a new non PA movie.

Yes! 30 Days of Night!

Thank you for reminding me.
I've got this one on blu. :rock

I've really been considering getting that set... is it worth it fury?

Have you missed all my glowing critiques of the blus as I've been going along? It's an amazing set, and each transfer has been lovingly restored to an absolute magnificence. Utterly worth the $50 I paid.

Dracula is stunningly gorgeous and sounds amazing too!

Get it! :wink1: :yess: :stick :hi5: :wave

Love that score!

I don't hear much about this title.
How does the new transfer look on this one?

While responding to Veil, I was just thinking damn, this looks like it was shot yesterday. Film is truly wondrous, still better resolution than any digital device. Trust me... trust me... trust me...

I have a BFA in photography! :nana:
