The best part is that I have yet to say anything negative about the actual Snyder cut JL plot narrative I actually supported the movement because the WB dictated Whedon cut is a hot mess.

All I?m complaining about is that JL was always meant to be and should be a theatrical event FIRST just like IW/EG were, this is a BRAND NEW film for crying out loud! Is the JL less iconic than the Avengers!

Snyder wasn?t hired to make CW tv episodes he was hired to make event movies.

I?m surprised that the people who started the movement are now just rolling over at WB snap of a finger and didn?t have the foresight to demand a theatrical release instead of it just being used to launch some dumb streaming channel in pieces no less

How come WB doesn?t go tell Nolan that they are breaking up his next film into tv episodes lets see the end result of that conversation or do they respect Nolan more than Snyder.

I bet Snyder not for one second thinks his body of work is not worthy of the same respect WB shows Nolan.

I am really really surprised that the Snyder diehards are fully ok with some crappy MCU movies getting theatrical rereleases YET a BRAND NEW JL that is THE SNYDER cut being treated like a Quibi product, WHY!

Damn WB even gave BOP a theatrical release yikes.

The Snyder cut movement had a genie lamp and they messed up their own wishes.

I much rather have seen a NEW 4 hour cut of JL in Imax or a dolby cinema with a large crowd of like minded fans on opening night instead of at home and possibly over a freaking 6 week period no less but whatever I guess i?ll just go watch the Black Panther and Captain Marvel rereleases instead lol

Absolutely, we?ve had two Flashes and two supermen, two Jokers. Even two JJona Jameson?s played by the same actor no less. Audiences aren?t dumb, they?ll easily accept more than one of the same character.

In fact DC could have a universe and else world stories side by side, that?s my ideal.

Hey, remember, we?re lucky to even GET the Snyder cut. I genuinely never thought it would even happen. I would have been happy with a VHS of the unfinished version myself.

That being said, Zacks movies are definitely for the big screen and IF it?s possible, we may get limited runs of it..

Exactly. Whatever it takes. Plus once all the instalments are out we'll have our film version, whether it's released officially or not.

The Bvs ultimate cut, Wich was actually the real cut was only released on blu, so...
Yeah it would be cool to see JLA on screen but a theatrical release is a huge investment on top of the 20/30 millions to finish the movie.
So I guess its this or nothing.

From Jay Oliva it seems that the episodes version is what they are going with but Snyder will do ''something'' for the fans who want a movie version...

I freaking LOVED his look in BvS. Very cool and menacing.

West I would do is make him telepathic, like the aliens from Independence Day. Since that design has no mouth.

This is a good question. My cut would be easy to complete. It would be incredibly cathartic for me. It?s exhausting getting your *** kicked for a film that got the Edward Scissorhands treatment. The film I made has never been seen.

After seeing how Bright turned out, a movie that he definitely had full control over, I couldn’t care less about an extended or “fixed” cut of Suicide Squad. Unlike Justice League, I’m sure it would be essentially the same movie but longer.

I also don’t like how he’s trying to use the Snyder Cut announcement as a soap box to cry for his “cut”. Zack had to leave because of a family tragedy and Warner Bros. shadily hired someone to reshoot scenes and completely change it while he was grieving. Ayer directed every scene in SKWAD, and he outright said he regrets not making Joker the main villain instead of Enchantress, so even he still won’t be happy with it.

I’d love to see Leto’s cut scenes released separately at some point though.

In a new interview on the ?Recode Media? podcast, WarnerMedia chairman and HBO Max boss Bob Greenblatt confirms the Snyder cut does not exist at the moment and it?s something Snyder has to create over the next year. Original repots pegged the Snyder cut budget around $20-$30 million, but Greenblatt says the studio will only be so lucky if the cut can be produced for as much as $30 million. In other words, the Snyder cut will most likely exceed the $30 million mark. The theatrical ?Justice League? cut cost Warner Bros. an estimated $300 million to produce, market, and distribute.

?It isn?t as easy as going into the vault and there?s a Snyder Cut sitting there to put out,? Greenblatt said. ?It does not exist. Zack is actually building it, and it?s complex, including new VFX shots. It?s a radical rethinking of that movie and it?s complicated and wildly expensive. I?ll just say I wish it was just $30 million and stop there. It?s an enormous undertaking and very complex.?
