Zack Snyder's Justice League coming in 2021

I'm a hardcore fan of the original who didn't see the need for a sequel - but 2049 delivered.

I'm also with Ford in his opposition to Scott's claim Deckard was a replicant - IMHO that undermines the whole moral of the story.

Wait so the Directors Extended Ridley approved whatever it?s called cut is really not the fan accepted version....

I agree. I was always in the camp that Deckard was human and learned that all life was precious at the end when Roy saved his life. 2049 was a sequel that was really better than I hoped it could ever be. For me it delivered and expanded on the original. A-Dev anyone who can appreciate a movie I like is just a kindred spirit and just another thing to talk about. Glad you like them both just like only 2 Terminator movies they are a great pair.

Just like what Lucas did with the original trilogy or what was done to the Warriors. Not my preferred version.

I wasn't that fond of Blade Runner until I saw its sequel - I loved 2049 and it made me look again at the original and finally appreciate it. I know that will disgust hardcore fans of the original who don't like 2049

I don't understand the love for 2049? You didn't find it predictable?

I post a large list of every cool movie from the 70?s all the way up to the end of the Infinity Saga that I love but as soon as I chose just ONE movie from that 50 YEAR SPAN that I am not particularly fond of that being Blade Runner all of a sudden my tastes are suspect.

Umm ok sure if you think that logic makes enough sense for it to be posted go right ahead and post it for all to read LOL

I don?t hate BR it certainly looks great and was very influential for those reasons but I made up my mind opening night that I found it to be boring even though it stars one of my favorite actors.

Look don?t make me get JAWS he is not a fan of BR either lol

Clearly, if you find BR boring and (as per your earlier post) your reason for going to the movies is franchises, we have some very different opinions, that?s all.
In any case, the laughing emoticon wasn?t intended to be derisive, just that I really found ir funny how our opinions differed.

I actually like the idea that Deckard is a replicant, it?s more interesting that by making him more ?human? with the implanted memories, he became less humane, just like the rest of humanity, and it?s only after Batty saves his life that he really appreciates life.

This skipping theaters is the least of my concerns about all this. I'd much rather watch it in the comfort of my own home.

I can't stand going to the theater. If I do go I go to a matinee where there's as few people there as possible and I never buy the over priced snacks. I never understood why people think they need food and drinks during a two hour movie to begin with.

Avengers1/IW/EG are the 3 most incredible theater experiences i?ve ever had with my fellow fans I wouldn?t trade those opening weekends with anything they were no different than being at a concert the energy was electrifying and the crowd participation was thru the roof, fun fun times.

Sorry for those that never had those types of experiences.

Thank the gods that JAWS, Rocky, ANH, ESB, ROTJ, Raiders, CTB, RW, Predator, Robocop, T1, Die Hard, T2, JP, LOTR and the MCU got theatrical releases.

I can?t wait for the big battle to start with new and improved Steppenwolf just for the action to stop as a tune in next week message pops up lol

Man do people really have that much disrespect for the freaking JL sheesh.

Pretty bad when an MCU fanboy is seeking more justice for JL than the Snyder cut fanatics.

With fans like that Snyder doesn?t need enemies lol
