Honestly at the end of the day my cinema going adventures are almost coming to an end anyways but thank the maker this streaming technology and mindset didn?t exist when SW came out.

SW 77 straight to VHS lol

I can walk away knowing I got to discover the OT, STM, STM 2, Raiders, TOD, Airplane 1, Alien, Aliens, Predator 1, Die Hard 1, First Blood, CTB, Road Warrior, Robocop 1, Batman 89, BR, Rocky 1-2-3-4, T1, T2, True Lies, 80?s horror and comedies, PT, Spiderman 1-2, Jurassic Park, LOTR, BB, TDK, Blade, XM, Logan, Dredd 3D, MCU, RO and finally the ST....

ON THE BIG SCREEN WITH A LOUD CROWD!

So yeah I guess I should just join the chorus of WHO CARES about the Snyder Cut BRAND NEW JUSTICE LEAGUE MOVIE.....let me say that again.....BRAND NEW JUSTICE LEAGUE MOVIE just bypassing the theatrical experience.

meh...have at it enjoy your lonely streaming because the theaters are too loud lol.

I got my fill i?m good although i?ll come out for Good Bad Ugly on the big screen.

Bond: Really becoming irrelevant so yeah Dead

Therefore even if I still do go it will be super reduced lol

Sure I will still come out for more...

New MCU core characters (Xmen/FF4/Spidey/Avengers/Cosmic/Punisher/DD etc) as long as it has nothing to do with young this or young that, yuck.

One thing is certain I would?ve gladly spent for at least 2 dolby cinema and 1 Imax viewing of the Snyder cut JL had I been given the opportunity.

My movie collection is enormous my goal is to start with the oldest and work my way up to the latest release.

I got my work cut out for me.

Tell me what big budget blockbuster has been sent straight to streaming before the pandemic.

I don't know jye... depending on franchises to gauge your interest in cinematic experiences seems a bit limited.
I mean, what about 2001, Apocalypse Now, Lawrence of Arabia, Ben-Hur, Inception, Gladiator, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, 12 Years a Slave, Schindler's List, The Thin Red Line, Saving Private Ryan, Braveheart, etc etc etc... There are so many movies that are amazing cinematic experiences without the need of being part of a franchise.
Now, i don't know what's coming up in the next couple of years outside of franchises, but I'm sure there will be a few great movies to experience at the theatres.

I don't know jye... depending on franchises to gauge your interest in cinematic experiences seems a bit limited.
I mean, what about 2001, Apocalypse Now, Lawrence of Arabia, Ben-Hur, Inception, Gladiator, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, 12 Years a Slave, Schindler's List, The Thin Red Line, Saving Private Ryan, Braveheart, etc etc etc... There are so many movies that are amazing cinematic experiences without the need of being part of a franchise.
Now, i don't know what's coming up in the next couple of years outside of franchises, but I'm sure there will be a few great movies to experience at the theatres.

Maybe its because cinema has been around for so long now that every genre has their masterpieces already some have more than one masterpiece therefore a new version no longer holds the same appeal I guess.

Or Sword and Sandals couldn't be topped after Ben-Hur, and yet we got Gladiator (not sure it "tops" Ben-Hur, but you get my point). Sword and Sorcery? Conan couldn't be topped... and yet (although I wouldn't put LOTR in that category, it's more Fantasy, as fas as I'm concerned). Sri-Fi couldn't be topped after 2001? Yeah well, that says it all jye!

I post a large list of every cool movie from the 70?s all the way up to the end of the Infinity Saga that I love but as soon as I chose just ONE movie from that 50 YEAR SPAN that I am not particularly fond of that being Blade Runner all of a sudden my tastes are suspect.

Umm ok sure if you think that logic makes enough sense for it to be posted go right ahead and post it for all to read LOL

I don?t hate BR it certainly looks great and was very influential for those reasons but I made up my mind opening night that I found it to be boring even though it stars one of my favorite actors.

Look don?t make me get JAWS he is not a fan of BR either lol

I'm a hardcore fan of the original who didn't see the need for a sequel - but 2049 delivered.

I'm also with Ford in his opposition to Scott's claim Deckard was a replicant - IMHO that undermines the whole moral of the story.
