It is real. Snyder Cut is going to be so bad its going to be good. 4 hours of Snyder doing his worst Michael Bay impression.

I honestly have no faith he can make that movie good. I wasn?t invested in the characters before so I def won?t be invested now. Especially if he?s going all uber dark with everything. Not every character has to be Batman

No offense to the Snyder fans (you have the right to like what you want) but I never understood the hype for his cut after failing TWICE to give us a half decent DC film. The man just doesn't understand what made the characters work and instead paints them as fundamentally contrarian because he thinks he's reinventing the wheel for 2 larger than life characters that have been around for 80 years.

OK so what would you do to make it perfect ? I'm legitimately interested.

Me? I'm just a nobody without any qualifications and 30 pounds overweight lol. Thankfully both Batman and Superman have been represented better by other writers/directors. If I wanted a darker and more de-constructive take on Superman (which I kinda do), I'd adapt Superman vs. The Elite or All Star Superman, if I want a Batman who's broken and tormented, I'd watch the DCAU Batman as he goes trough a lot of crap in each DCAU iteration.

Again, I'm probably the worst person to ask "What would you do?" and I'll bet you could come up with much better ideas but what I do know that as a Batman and Superman fanboy since I was a kid, was that I wasn't buying Snyder's cynical take despite trying really, really hard to.

Snyder's God of pillaging and war is coming to HBO this year. This is real.

Looks brutal, nice concept art though. Not quite the good direction for WW, in my opinion.

It’s going to be weird seeing a story that was created from the ground up to be fully experienced as a cinematic experience without any interruptions being cut up into episodic content and if it will elicit the same emotional attachment to these characters.

I mean at the end of the first hour does it say tune in next week for another exciting chapter!

Supposedly the first hour ends with them seeing Darkseid for the first time then BAM cut to black!

That is just going feel so anticlimactic lol

Imagine End Game cut up into episodes and as soon as you think Hulk with IG is about to become World War Hulk they fade to black and then you have to wait an entire week just to find out that Hulk only becomes a wimpy gimp professor Hulk lol

I don't feel emotions when watching a Snyder movie.

The death of Superman is basically a 2 minute commercial at the end of BvS, and I felt nothing.

I've heard rumours that this might be back to just a 4 hour movie instead of 4 parts of a miniseries. If they do release it as a miniseries, I think HBO would be wise to also release it as one long movie. Personally I'd rather have a large 4 hour spectacle than small parts, especially to avoid the anti-climaxes 3 times as Jye said.
