I think John also mentioned they are working on a base to include with her too.

After seeing the artistry and attention to detail on the Joker 4-Pack. I have faith in InArt.

But even if they just release the initial Daenerys prototype as is, that's still way better than any of ThreeZero head sculpt.

Seems like InArt listens to feedback, even after the PO goes up. With the Joker, they promised to add a 4th base and tweak the red suit.
Let’s hope they implement a better base than the Gandalf. I like the clean magnetic base look but the magnets suck. My Gandalf fell over and I damn near had a heart attack. He now sits on a crotch grabber

Does the Gandalf fall over due to the weak magnets or ankles (or both)? Maybe using one of his staffs would help support the weight.

I have the InArt Joker on magnetic base and don’t have issues (yet) but I did notice the Joker ankles are incredibly loose when I was posing.

I think John mentioned In Willfoxification’s livestream they were looking into stronger magnets or placing more (instead of just strategically placed areas) for future bases.

I hope these magnetic stands get perfected - crotch and waist grabbers break the immersion when on display.

Yeah hoping they choose a different more definitive outfit. But I have a feeling they haven't even touched the outfit and what's taking them so long is trying to get the fully rooted hair right. Thats gonna be a pain in the ass in the production process.

Back in June, they said they were aiming to put her up for PO July or August…

They also said they had been working on updating both the head-sculpt and outfit.

She’s definitely the next release to be announced. Edit: that or BvS Batfleck

Seems like China isn’t as critical as the US/Europe/other places when it comes to these shows. I also would’ve wanted a more definitive Daenerys aka her S3/early S4 blue dress which is from the best seasons (arguably). But Daenerys is my favorite character from my favorite TV show of all time, so I actually don’t mind her Winterfell look. It also pairs perfectly with a “King in the North” Jon and I liked them together too lol. Despite how most feel about S8, her Winterfell look is pretty important and relevant in terms of story, imo.

Ideally, I’d hope they’d move on from the later seasons after these two and explored the earlier seasons as I’d prefer everyone in their diverse and unique looks. In S8, everyone is essentially wearing all black.

I like the outfit they chose. My favorite outfit would be from season 8 when she takes the iron throne but Winterfell's outfit is still good.

I don't really want a younger and naive Daenerys

The Bells outfit is also my fav for a later seasons Dany.

I also don’t want a young and naive Daenerys (first 2 seasons looks imo), but that’s why Astapor (S3/4 blue dress) is a good one. It’s the first time she proves herself as a fiery opponent. It’s also the last time the dragons are at a good size small enough for 1/6 (or if they’d do just Drogon). She also wears an assortment of necklaces and different accessory pieces with this dress, which would be fun in 1/6.

I agree that the blue dress is the ideal choice for Daenerys, but I have a funny feeling that InArt doesn’t want to tackle seamless arms just yet. They clearly didn’t with Hermione and only reversed course to seamless silicone legs after there were a ton of complaints.

Maybe the delay has to do with InArt looking for a solution for seamless arms, but I doubt it. As others have said, the hair has to be a nightmare to try and do at this scale and they probably need a way to make it somewhat quick before they open orders or this figure will never see the light of day for a decade.

Personally I prefer the white Winterfell look over more black. If you collected the ThreeZero line, there’s way too much black already. Jaime Lannister always stands out just because he has a bunch of color, I think Dany dressed in white will really help the figure in the long run.

I’m really not sure how they plan to pull this off in mass production. They are already facing major delays with much easier hair styles.

I know people are going to fill their diapers over it, but it would make a lot more sense to just do it as sculpted hair. The hair/wig was near impossible to manage on Emilia Clarke in real life, nevermind a figurine of her.

I’d wager we’ll see something this month or next lol. It’s going to be Winterfell – they ain’t revising it and changing the character design. I don’t think seamless arms are any cause for delays, they just have a slower cadence.

You're right, she was mature enough when she wore this!

But yeah I don't think they will change the whole design
