True, but this is also an all-new headsculpt. I thought it was two fold with the NWH release: they had to use an existing license and they had to reuse an already-approved head, which is why they shipped a repaint of that ancient head. Feels like they really got the rights this time?Not sure why it's coming now, but the difference between this and the NWH offering is that they already have the license and likeness rights for the ASM movie(s), so there was no need to go back to him to reattain the likeness rights to do one. We have to remember, the NWH version was released under the ASM2 license and not actually NWH; which is also why you had to buy the Lizard diorama base separately (NWH license) rather than it being part of a higher priced deluxe offering like NWH Tobey Spidey had with the Sandman dio.
