Yeah, ive got to get my order in before the preorder closes.
Don't make the mistake I nearly made, thinking I had until the 31st with OSK. Checked this morning here in the UK, to see the pre-order cut off was the 25th! I so nearly was just going to leave it till the 30th and then put my orders in. What a silly arse I am! :slap

Welp, I finally caved and pre-ordered the deluxe Nazgul.

I was between getting this, Legolas and Jazzinc Catwoman.
In the end I decided on this because I honestly feel like this is the best bang-for-your-buck of the three and will have the most shelf presence in my collection and is, IMO, the proto completed to the highest quality of the three - especially given the inaccuracies and the missing Mirkwood accessories on Legolas, and the final product being notably different with the Catwoman with it having an entirely different body, claws and eyes to those shown in the proto.
Plus I've learned that Jazzinc seems to have even more QC issues than Inart, which is insane for the even higher prices they charge.

I also feel like out of the three, a really high-quality Nazgul + steed is the least likely to be remade in the future.
Catwoman by HT is seemingly more likely now than ever, and Legolas being one of the more popular LOTR characters seems like a figure that someone might tackle again at some point in the future.
Plus out of the Fellowship Legolas is probably my least favourite [not that I have anything against him, I just like the rest more]
But the Nazgul are some of my favourite representations of evil in cinema, they struck terror into me as a child and the armor and the steed in this package are just beautiful to behold.

Feeling pretty darn happy with my choice so far TBH!

Seeing the quality in the armor it's clear, we NEED an inArt Sauron
Gosh, I both love and dread this idea.
I know I would cave and get it - but I might need to sell off a huge chunk of my collection to afford it.
Me to. Kind of surprised the amount of people unsure about ordering it. It’s going to look fantastic on a shelf.
Yeah, I have no doubt Legolas will look good, but frankly this is the piece that will drawn everyone's eye and attention.
This is a real showcase centerpiece.
In spite of my continued justifications for not ordering, I caved as well and ordered the deluxe from Gundamit. I had a good experience in ordering the Dragon Play Dark Ruler from them as their price and free shipping was great. Ultimately I'll play around with ideas on how to modify the base (without physically altering) by adding natural materials to create a look reminiscent of the Bree Road scene. At least that's the idea...........
Also ordered from Gundammit, its a good price and comes with the exclusive sword as well for cheaper than with Kit.
Cool ideas on modifying the base, some craft moss [like the dried dead kind they sell at hobby model stores] could work quite well here.
I dont mind the Minas Morgul base at all, but interested in what ideas you come up with.
Plunge taken and ordered deluxe version, plus that exclusive sword. :yess:
Yeah that sword is the one I like the most of the three, did you order with Kit or with Gundamit or from Inart directly?
As far as I am aware they are the only ones offering the exclusive sword.

I ordered with Kit. I'm glad he was able to offer it, as I feel comfortable and happy with getting my figures through him, even though the overall prices may not always be the cheapest deals.

Late on this and just watched. Haven’t been in this thread b/c I really haven’t ever wanted a Nazgûl figure. Only ever wanted the Sideshow PF, which looks like a deal at its original price of $800 when compared to the Nazgûl+steed set is almost $700 depending on where you order.

All that to say, the video peaked my interest. I hate that InArt protos are so nice. If I felt more confident in the end result, I’d feel better about slapping down an order

Can anyone tell me how to use loyalty points on one sixth kit towards a purchase. Thinking of using my points towards the deposit for this one... 😉
