Yes the dull paint has been talked about someone posted that he used Armor All to shine his up.

Hey. I'm not sure if anybody has said this already but I just received my Iron Man Bust today and I am a bit disappointed because the paint appears dull. It seems like it's lacking some shine. Does anybody else have the same problem? I don't know if it is a defect or if that's how it's supposed to be. I thought it would feel heavier also but it seems light in weight. Guess that isn't really a complaint though. Just let me know if anybody else is unsatisfied with the lack of shine or dullness of the paint job or if that's just how it was made. Thanks a lot. Personally I prefer the duller paint...more realistic IMHO. Never fancied the chrome or shiny look to IM.

Same here. Always seemed too flushy and inconvenient.

I prefer the duller paint for the Mark III, but I like the chrome for the Mark II.

Well it wasn't chrome but brushed steel but I get what you're saying there was definitely a new shine to that suit until after the ice. I would probably use Armor All on the Mark 02 if it were released in 1:1 Formatting.

just wanted to know does this thing feel nice heavy n sturdy in hand...or is it kinda light?
basically my question is,do u feel your looking at holding sumthin that costs 700+ USD....

Ya its pretty heavy, not like you walk around with it under your arm or anything...but yes its got some mass to it. Does that equate to having a value of $700... appsolutly not. Even if they were made with decent paint jobs....this thing is not worth $700 IMO. $400 MAYBE....but 700 is stealing. SS is slowly going down hill........did you see their new 1:1 Godfather bust ...
