Well according to the customer service rep. that I just talked to, all of the busts with crappy paint applications don't get reissued to waitlist orders. I guess I'll know for sure next week.

Wow, you know what I just noticed...if you freez frame Iron man in the movie when hes suiting up...the inside of the neck is not red...its all silver. If this was such a true to life replica why did they not even bother with those little details?? ...a piece of this scale would have been easy to reproduce that. Even those silver metal clips around the neck area are in the wrong position on the bust. If you look back at the movie they are actually INSIDE the neck area and run up to the shoulder. The bust has them attached on the OUTSIDE...attached to NOTHING just glued in place. Well this just made it easier for me to ask for a refund.
FedEx also came today to pick up my IM bust, if anyone gets #605 YOU GOT MINE...lol

The CGI Iron Man and the actual suit RDJ wore seem to have differences... the SC bust seems to be more based on the suit.

looks at this video at 7:58 and you will see that the bust was taken from the real suit and that the brackets are in the right place.

If you see the bust is just exact to the real live suit.
not trying to impose but just trying to show you how accurate it is.
sucks for the paint jobs and QC issues but put that aside and this bust is amazing.
I am glad mine is in Perfect shape and I hope you all get awsome one's

Well, whatever it is...the bust is no longer with me and I've opted for a refund instead. Just because if I get another one in the same condition its going to cost me even more to send it back...on top of what I've already spent ($1200). Which sucks cause I really wanted to have this bust, yours looks pretty cool and it came out pretty good. But I really dont want to run the risk of getting another lemon. I cant see the value of these things going up to much in the future ether. With all the paint issues going around with these...I think anyone would be nervous to buy one of these 2nd hand...which will in turn hurt the value over time. Just my opinion...
