u think SS are only making money on these!! They make many new items every week and it's all about profit margins not actual item cost. They could be making more on a PF than this bust. I said it before - SS are a company who are in the business to make money - and i guess we loose sight of that because they do such a damn good job at it!!

That's a very valid point, but as far as the profit margin on THIS particular item is MOST LIKELY very high.

In the end, people shouldn't put down other's for their purchases. You don't like it when other's do it to you, so think about it that way.
If you want to say your piece. Say it and be done with it, but to constantly bring it up day in and day out can be a bit too much. Most of us know how others feel for good and bad.
I will say this.... there is better ways we can ALL spend our money rather then purchasing statues and toys, but that's just it... it's our money. We earn it therefore we have a right to decide what to do with it. As long as it doesn't hurt others...

Come on James...in other words, we should only be able to say good things about an item in threads? If someone says something negative that they dont like about a piece, the people who like it will jump all over them. So it works both ways bro.
It's not about putting others down for their purchases...the real problem is THOSE people are taking it that way....that's when they get defensive and b*tchy. If they were really secure with their purchase, they wouldnt get so offended right?

You can say negative stuff Chad, but you don't need to constantly remind everyone every day they made a bad choice or put them down. Especially putting them down. We're all adults or atleast I like to think we are.
You can argue it all you want, but you know it's not right. Either way... I have no problem with someone calling this piece poo and the same goes with any other collectible. But keep it to a bare minimum. Constantly rehashing the same thing is just redundant and makes you come off sounding like a broken record in the worst way imaginable.

The real problem is some people come in to stir a thread up and the other people retaliate.
By all means express your distaste for a item, everyone is entitle to their opinion, but do not deliberately, repeatedly go into threads and just to cause a stir.
If you have nothing constructive (either good or bad) to say about the piece then do not say it and certainly do not criticize anyone for buying it just because they like it and you (referring in a general manner) dont.
Having said that this is an internet forum and some people need to have a thicker skin and remember that not everything that is said, is done so in an offensive manner. There are many of us here and we all have different sense of humours, sometimes we need to just ignore a comment an move on.
If anything said is really insulting or personaly attacking any individual then report it to a mod rather than completely derail a thread with sarcastic replies/comments and pics.
