In hand it's a really strange sculpt. At times it looks spot on, then others it looks like something is not quite right. I guess it depends on the angle/lighting

The more I play around with the figure, the more the head sculpt grows on me. I decided that with that expression he needs to be worried about something specific, so I gave him the hand of fear:

Great looking fig, real character in the sculpt imo.
My favourite Doctor though is Jon Pertwee, am I aloud to say that on this thread?

It seems that the UK domestic orders are going out on Monday/Tuesday next week. Though I am very excited to be getting my #10 then (this aspect applies to both the #10 and the #4) I am not too sure why they would do it that way...I too paid weeks ago and I do find it a little irritating.

I can only assume that it was all a part of the better P+P package they negotiated.

Still, I am not going to moan too much. It seems that I got the vast majority of my Avengers figures before many US collectors, so it's all 'swings and roundabouts' really.

Yeah. I too understand why they did it that that way... I too am happy for everyone in the US that got them... and I too am not complaining... through gritted teeth!

JP and TB share top spot in my 'Favourite Classic Who Version' poll. I have said it many times.

Have to disagree with you about JP my friend, although with Doctors its always a personal choice... I like Troughton and Tom the best out of the 'Classic Doctors', but its fairy equal for the NuSeries ones. Seeing Tennant really makes me feel like we need a Ninth Doctor to complete the NuWho set (until Capaldi comes along anyway). And yeah, I know there's the War Doctor too, but he doesn't... really... count. Not for me, anyway.

Wonderful pics everyone!

BCS wrote me back about my defective head that they will be glad to replace it, I just need to be patient because they are in the thick of shipping other things out. So I reckon after they have cleared out the shipping for 4/10 and the Amy head they will ship the replacement to me. In the meantime Tom will have to wear his hat.

The hat comes off. Mine felt a bit stuck on the first time I took it off, but it came off with no issues.
