Just a suggestion for those that feel like attempting it:
The iris of the eyes seem to be painted in relation to a (Tom's) completely open eye. The eyes of the sculpt are showing a little bit of lid. Painting the iris a bit larger (I think) might make this even better.

Yup. Mine have air bubbles too. I prefer to think of them as "time bubbles".

Mine also has air bubbles. Luckily, I had no intentions of taking that out of the box. The costume isn't from that season.

My 4th Doctor got misrouted by FedEx and now delayed in weather.

Annnnd de-lurk.

Whew! Both my 4th and 10th signature editions arrived. Tom was delayed by a day but I set him up after the kiddos were down and I am so pleased!

Changed the footwear to have an earlier season feel.
Should anyone be curious, they are Newline Miniatures WW2 Japanese Officer boots. I think they work nicely.

Opened up 4 and 10, both are great, batteries in the base were doa, so i'll need to go buy some today, but i switched them with the batteries from 10, and it does work. Hair came off cleanly to switch to the hatted hair, of the 4 signature editions, Tom's is also the most cleanly and well written, unline the scrawled initials on Matts.

Sorry to hear about your batteries; I wasn't ready to like the bases actually but in person it really adds to the display. Kind of like those display bases for model cars with the mirror below. Kinda classy ya know?

I'd love it if they eventually get around to alternate outfits. You're right-that Seeds of Doom look is awesome.

And yup. The trousers are tucked up to give the illusion of being tucked in and bloused.

Here's a picture of the button and shirt issues I mentioned before. It's hard to tell in the picture, but the button looks like the outer part was broken off. Also, the threading is really bad and frayed. Should I ask for a replacement shirt?

The collar shouldn't be folded down like that, you're seeing frayed threads because that's the inside of the shirt. It's a Victorian collar, it should be up like this.
