Disagree, it made his arc and the movie itself better.

In general I prefer makers not thinking about sequels during filming, make the best movie you can and worry about the 'cinematic universe' later. Keep it as stand-alone as possible IMO.

Agreed. I prefer it if they make the movie more meaningful, if it means killing someone off. Makes it more like they care about the story rather than sales.

Disagree, IMO clumsy treatment for effect and just made me feel lousy. And everyone knows there's gonna be more Guardians movies so it'd never be "stand alone".

Other characters had other things going on without all that for "emotional weight" which I don't need a heavy dose of in a Guardians movie anyway. I felt a lot more moved at the end of GOTG1.

But I got both films as a bundle, so Marvel got its money anyway.

I mean, I wasn't going to get any of the Guardians lines... but this, this I have to get, really loved his character and this is just phenomenal, if the final version looks anything like that it's just incredible!

The stubble on this sculpt is phenominal...I dont know if just painted really well, but it gives the illusion of individual hairs sticking out from the sculpt. Man, I hope that somehow transfers over to the final product.

There will be some but details are always softened when casting in PVC. No matter what company does it.
I think remember seeing from JC posting that this was a digital sculpt which isn't usually what HT uses. Most of thier sculptors are traditional.
