Ouch. Watching them struggle in the video to get the jet pack on really made me wince. Yeah, absolutely no way I would ever use that thing with how tight it looks to fit.

I PO'd the reg. I figured I didn't need the cage... nor Rocket's gun... I like the jetpack but like you said I would never cover up his amazing outfit with it.

I'd like to have it just in case I get a reg StarLord.

Looks phenomenal. The wife actually offered to get me this for Christmas, how could I say no to that? Going to suck waiting for so long, but man, this came out incredible.

I’ve never put the jet pack on Starlord either. I just don’t trust that pleather material to clamp something over top of it.

Slight smirk on headsculpt is awesome ! Headsculpt is definitely off the charts !

And the costume, coat etc. This is what HT collecting is about !

The work they've done on the clothes is exceptional. Even the material for the under jacket arms has a mini rubber application circle pattern. If they went to this much effort for Yondu and Starlord, well all of them really, they've surely got to give us a better Drax !!

I also got the Standard. Typically I always go for deluxe, but didn't need any of the extras here. Have deluxe Starlord if I want to do the "I'm Mary Poppins Y'all" pose. But I totally agree with the comments about fitting these jetpacks. HT must have been cursing the designers that came up with that for the movie.

I didn't realise his coat was sleeveless either.

This has got win written all over it !

Wow, this looks phenomenal! Standard edition for me too, but he is gonna look so awesome displayed with the vol 2 Star Lord.

I love that group pic posted above too, really, really looking forward to this one!

That has to be one of, if not THE, best head sculpt HT has ever done. In some of those shots you wouldn't even know you were looking at a toy. Astonishing work.

What a great looking figure.

Not taking anything away from the sculpt or painting on this, but perhaps because he is blue our eyes aren't so critical compared to normal skin coloured sculpts ?? Dunno, but if Yondu turned out this good, then I wish HT would get to some OT Star Wars aliens !!

This turned out great, I am not disappointed. One of my most wanted figures since GOTG Vol. 1.

If anyone is on the fence, I would get this figure, he won't be made again by HT. This is not a Doctor Strange scenario where we know he will be in more movies. Yondu is a side character and his story in the MCU more or less is complete.

Hopefully HT has addressed the potential staining issue during shipment.

Having all Guardians now seems like a really good road to go, they are all looking amazing so far. We just need updated Drax by now.
