I can't unsee Agromenauer's fixes.

I'm satisfied with the original offering but there's no denying that tweak makes it spot on.

The cat accessory is definitely woeful!

Jonesy was a little legend, he needs a better shout out than that gumball machine toy.

Okay, so the eyes should be more rounded at the top. The end of her nose should be slightly higher and pointier. I honestly have no problem with the original sculpt, but it would be nice if HT corrected these minor flaws.

Hmm, yeah, bit hard to unsee that. At first the one on the left looked absolutely like Ripley. Now it sort of does.

Man that photo shop makes all the difference. Its sad cuz ht could easily fix it yet they probly wont.

Yes it's not 100% but I cannot see many turning it down.

I have preordered her... but I will see new pics in expo, users, HT Secret Base... to decide. If she looks LIKE OFFICIAL PICTURES, I will cancel the preorder.

I'm glad many of us pre-ordered, the thought of missing out would be a serious kick in the groin!
If like you say other images show this piece in the future to be seriously bad then the cost of cancelling is pretty low as it's only a small NRD.

put your glasses on.

Hot Toys is way better for Alien Ripley likeness, everyone is trying to make her look older, I don't get it. She was 28-29 years old while making Alien, not 40.

No. If you see my picture, you see younger Ripley. HT pictures show an ugly Weaver with small eyes and piranha mouth.

As usual the over reaction is out of this world. You can easily photoshop anything into perfection in a specific photo but that's not how a sculpted three dimensional piece in that size works. People won't rest before she looks like a photo from all angles - which never happens. But whatever, it's entertaining to a some degree...
