His post history is a little weird too... Either 5 years old or types with his feet..

Edit: on a more positive note...

I've just pushed the pre-order button. Which I've taken the expensive step of doing locally on special (which will still be a bit more expensive than Sideshow or BBTS or Popcultcha), and I'll probably have to wait longer..

BUT, they package and freight things brilliantly, and there will be no messing around with Customs and fees, and letters getting mailed to me. No trying to work out why my parcel is sitting at an international airport for two weeks, like the Mark VI.

I just think he complements having figures from Avengers and Age of Ultron and is a total contrast to them.

Regarding his movie appearance

He really was one of the stand out characters to me. Cap gets the movie promo figure yet his main part of the movie is the whole Wakanda sequence. Tony is in the thick of it right from moment Banner arrives on Earth, teams with Spidey, Strange and then the Guardians and then has one of the best Thanos fights of the movie.. and I didn't think his Nano-Tech was that bad

I'm so weak..... Instead of waiting to see the Mk50 on-screen tomorrow, AND THEN breaking down, I went ahead and broke down tonight and PO'd :lol

BBTS was at 7 yesterday, 4 earlier today, and 2 a few minutes ago before I PO'd. Pretty sure I'd regret missing out and having to go through SS.

Tomorrow night cannot come fast enough.

How can you tell how many they have in stock?

On the pre-order page, the drop down for the quantity maxes out at 10. If it’s below 10, you can see that they are getting low on stock.

BBTS looks like they sold through their pre-orders, but Timewalker still has it up. $45 NRD, but free shipping and a $17 discount.

you can add to cart, and if the quantity is less it wall adjust your cart to that number.

Ah totally makes sense good to know for future reference!

(ps. I preordered him day 1 at Timewalker. Steve is the man!)

Okay so I just saw IW and without spoiling anything I've gotta talk about this suit.

First off, Hot Toys are totally gonna pull a War Machine MKIII on us with this thing. There's absolutely no way they'll be able to fit everything this suit could do into one figure but there's definitely room for more than two blasters and some wings. Time will tell.

Second, this thing is the living embodiment of the Model 51. Like holy moly this thing is OP. It's even got the same shapeshifting/deployment method as Prime. Forget Bleeding Edge, this is better. It's less of a Swiss Army Knife and more of a Swiss Army Claymore.

Thirdly and finally, the CGI in the trailers doesn't do it justice. It moves smoothly, hits like a truck, and the animation on the shifting/deployment is solid. It moves more like a skin than an exoskeleton, but considering how it works that's kind of the point.

Rant over. This one's in my top 3 for sure.

It looks more like a skin (in my eyes at least) than an armor. That is the reason why I really like this version even if I have not yet watched the movie.

i'd say this armor is a hybrid of green lantern & iron man :lol

except it's much, much more efficient

I also was reminded of Green Lantern - it seemed like Tony was dreaming up weapons/features on the fly and they immediately were created & deployed (but thankfully with no green glow). :lol But I must admit, I don't recall even seeing the wings on his back. I'll have to pay more attention at my 2nd viewing.

He had some awesome tricks up his sleeve. I do hope they add more for the price tag.

Just dropped $407 in reward points for this guy. I knew i was going to get it but Just wanted to watch the movie 1st before pulling the trigger

Saw it in the battle on Titan against Thanos. it's just for a few seconds, when everyone is going after Thanos!

Found this browsing facebook... I can't read it, but does this say that 48 and 50 are the same armor? because that's what it looks like.

Buster 2 confirmed as 49

that is weird. but in the text of the Mark L something is said about the Mark 48...

Mark 50 is basically an upgraded mark 48, but with greater firepower.

And having seen the movie:

I hope that HT add in the shield + blade, these weapons are far more prominent than the repulsor cannon and the arm cannon wasn't even featured in the theatrical release
