I might inclined to order the Exclusive but I am getting tired of Sideshow holding my NRD for upwards of a year before the figure is released. Plus I am not sure if the extra gummy bear is worth the hassle.

The normal has the same NRD as well. Best to wait for other retailers to put it up if you don't want to deal with that at all.

I just went through checkout to see if the free shipping thing was real and nope, I still got the $10 tacked on the end for US only shipping. Time to fix your site SSC.
