In terms of shipping by the 10th of the month to make their flex pay and the fact there are no blogger posts, there is no way this figure is in the states and shipped by the 10th.

My comment to the middle of the month is that bloggers usually post on Tuesdays here (July 9th), so that is close to the middle of the month. Add on three weeks and we are about in August.

I'm not saying they cannot change the flex if they want to when the notices come out, but strictly based on the way the system delays the payment plans it will not be available by August 10 and move the payment to September 10th.

Looks terrific. Really like the BD parts and Tony sculpt. This set warrants owning two if you're a fan of the armor - clean, faceplate down and BD, faceplate up. Someone actually executed a natural pose on this display for a change.

Yeah unlike the other pic which looked like someone was in a hurry........ terrible

I didnt get two, and I'll probably keep it in the box but that is a great idea, they would look awesome in a Master Light House

Kidult Toyshop aka Silent Unboxing Video Guy must be correct.

Here's a screenshot I took of a local dealer's Facebook page, of a post made yesterday (Saturday here). PToys is known for getting a few stocks direct from HK first batch, and sells them at a premium price (the price posted here for Mark 42 converts to exactly $400). The only time their Fb announcements get inaccurate is when HT themselves suddenly cause the delay. I got my Bane from them the same week as HK collectors. Fair trade vs going for HK Ebay sellers -- faster and no risk of getting hit by customs.

Rejoice. We might see photo reviews by Wednesday, and have this on our shelves soon
