I hope that is the case. I definitely don't mind waiting longer in that case, especially with Silver Centurion, Python and hopefully Robocop soon!

No clue why Hot Toys hasn't released a Pepper sculpt yet. Perhaps at one of the upcoming shows? Of course, if the sculpt isn't dead accurate to Gwyneth Paltrow there's no point. But I would have purchased one of these if they did even though I wasn't too fond of the suit in the movie.

I wonder if Paltrow herself might not be a problem? She's famously a very difficult person to work with. I could see her not taking time to approve the head sculpt or maybe being overly picky about it and causing delays.
