Ignoring the absurd size, the glossy texture just looks cheap here. The only superior aspect are the teeth, they look more finely sculpted than on the comic figure.

He needs to actually be posed in all of these photos I’m seeing. He just doesn’t look right standing straight up like a mannequin.

Biggest difference with how he was portrayed in the game. They never had him just standing straight up like a regular human does. Needs some bend in the legs and spine.

It's also sad to compare to the prototype, which actually looked a lot better. Big downgrade in the detailing, shape and final texture for all the limbs.

If they had given him wings, the few people who have space for this wouldn't have the space for it.

If they have given him wings I wouldn’t have considered buying it at all. I may be in the minority but wings on venom is stupid. I hate how new interpretations forget he literally can web swing which is far cooler imo

I understand the sentiment with this as a comic person, but as for figure itself from the source, that being the game, it actually would've been a more accurate addition of wings than giving him the claws when the devs decided to make him more clayface like, kind of reminiscent of that Marvel's Spider-Man animated show. Sure comics, I can understand the weapon type of claws they decided to give him, but he didn't really do such in game. I didn't really expect the wings cause as someone else said it would've made the box even bigger, most likely making the price even larger.

But I get the preference.

WoW really need a Venom in my collection. This is just too big need something more believable smaller version to fight Spiderman that wont kill Spidey ha ha.. Think ill wait for next release.

Same i maybe get the movie Venom and customize it or just wait till the comic release not sure yet

I just feel like they are putting all the man power into that comic venom. Maybe they knew this one wasn’t gonna sell to much.
