I'd like to see this new NECA HULK actually.

At least it won't have rubber arms.

There is no NECA Hulk yet, they're releasing Cap, are working on Iron Man and Hulk is in an R&D phase with no guarantee of being produced not being 100% true in scale to the other 18" Avengers. And while it would have no rubber if they make it, I'd be shocked if the paint apps came to HT level. It would be a nice, cheap alternative but not better than this figure.

Honestly? I have no use for a 25" figure of anything.

I won't be buying it - or the current HT figure, but I'm still curious.

NECA Hulk might have better looking shoulder joints than HT's poor attempt.

In my book it would be if its significantly bigger and costs about $200 cheaper.
