If you're talking about his body, I'm still working on it. If you're talking about the fully developed screen accurate head, then I don't know where you see the off put. XD

You're the sculpter? Fantastic work so far! I can't wait to see the final piece!

I wasn't trying to be insulting.... The body just reminds me of TIH with its muscle tone. I'm really interested to see what you do with his head.

:rock

I like the way you think.

Btw, update on my TIH 2008 maquette: ended up spending most of the clay on this single Hulk, and not sure if I'll bother doing the others. I will post progress pics soon.

I believe that is what he is sculpting, so i guess its a compliment as you immediately recognize it as that

I had some metal superheroes back in the day, can't remember who made them. After awhile all the joints got lose, the paint started to come off and if they hit the floor you had to make sure your foot wasn't between them. Gaps between the parts were horrible and now that I look back on it they were kind of ugly. That's why I'd rather stick to the Hot Toys plastic Ironmans then these metal one I've been hearing about. Metal may be tougher, but it's got its own problems.

Rusting Iron Mans/Hulk, pink Iron Mans......whatever Hot Toys can do to piss us off...

People often gripe that some of us complain too much about HT and their quality control. Giving them a million excuses about how they mass produce this, blah blah. Truth is, there are other collector lines that mass produce large numbers of stuff, and STILL don't suffer from quality control like HT. Take for instance, diecast car companies (high end ones that is). They will make a number of cars with pretty much the same materials, and meticulous details. Except, they do not break down due to cheap materials and generally take some pride in producing something that isn't just good for a "limited time". I guess that's what HT means when they list their items as "Limited Edition".

Hey, maybe we need a diecast Hulk....? ;)

Hmmm the first thing that rips when you are wearing pants too small for you is the crotch but these pants look just fine (except burst out around the shins for some reason). I gotta get me some indestructible office pants like that.
