IMO there's no way they cancel this figure. Hulk has an insane following and is a key member of the avengers. I figured, as with most upcoming releases, delays will happen, but a cancelation of the hulk figure all together I doubt it.

I guess crazier things have happened though so time will tell.

Definitely canceled. HT just won't take risks given the lukewarm sales of its Marvel line. They probably put this on the backburner so they could focus on Back to the Future and reviving the Green Lantern figure.

And this due to the fact that HT has finally decided not to run their business like a business and try to make the most money possible. Instead their business model now focuses on making the vocal minority happy, regardless of profits.

Granted we haven't seen more pics of him but that has happened before when they do tweaks to some figs.

So as of 4/20 he's still listed as April in HK?

On HT website they announced several figures as COMING SOON(such as Loki, Mark VII and Wolverine). It was posted on April 2nd. So, fingers crossed it's a monthly update and they show Hulk in a month or two.

Either way, I just hope the delay means that they are using the time to make him even better then his prototype already looks. Maybe they listened and give us an extra head sculpt with another expression, or rethought the arms material and design.

They seem to have listened to fans about having repulsar posed hands for Mark 7, so It is possible...IMHO.

Sounds like this is scheduled for a HK May release according to Facebook, so we should have him in hand in June

since the BD VII got a chitauri, hulks should be a pile of dead chitauri or that big flying one's head

Yea I was thinking just plain rubble, maybe some Chitauri bodies, or something styled to look like the back of the Leviathan.

Here is my thoughts again. My guess is that they made at least 2 if not more test head sculpts before they decided on the one they used for the proto pics. If this is the case it would be easy enough and not raise production cost too much to just produce a second one for the final product.

I am starting to think this mainly because so many fans have stated the what they mostly were disappointed with was no extra head sculpt. They seem to have started listening to their consumers a bit more.

I guess we will have to wait and see, but I am hoping they used this delay for a good reason like this.

I unfortunately do not think they will include a base since he is as big as Iron Monger and they didn't make one for him. Might be too much of a production change.
