And we have to get the HULK Drunk, take off his underwear, and waste black material which is the MOST expensive colored material.

I would strongly recommend to soak the pants in vinegar and water to get rid of the excess dye too. No harm to the pants, no worries.
why vinegar?

Vinegar works. Its a common practice to do it with dark dyed jeans.

With the black shorts gone isn't it then just plastic on plastic?

I considered this but it shouldn't be any worse than the warning about turning the wrists on the arms or something similar. The shorts stain if you never move the figure. Just be careful when posing the abs/mid section to see if there is any friction.
Still seems like a safer bet to remove the shorts to me.

plastic on plastic (or rubber) doesnt stain or scratch anything...rubber/plastic against black shorts that stain equals stained Hulk belly

It may not scratch anything, but plastic on plastic can definitely remove paint. Again, pick your poison, I believe removing the probability of stains is the one to pick!

So I have the stain on Hulk's stomach, too. Is there anyway to wash off the stain without rubbing off the paint?

For a figure of this price I can't believe after reading the last few pages that the most common words are; stains, damage & removing. This shouldn't be the case on such a high end figure. I'm guessing there's worse things to come with this figure over time too.
