that's some crazy talk...but I just might haha. hope it's not too hard to switch the torn pants to the A2 hulk!

Shouldn't be to hard. I got the pants off A1 Hulk and back on again pretty easily. Did it to remove those black shorts that was staining the figure.

anyone know if I can separate the torso on this guy from his legs? I'd like to own both (A1&2) hulks, but I'd like to have the smash pose torso on my A1 hulk. wanted to see if anyone knows for sure before I remove the torso on this guy & buy A2 version :p

Why not just put the ripped pants on A2 Hulk?

Looks like someone else already pointed out the skin tones are different. I just put the A1 pants on my AoU Hulk yesterday, it was very easy to change the pants. Personally I think the torn pants is a huge improvement to the AoU Hulk, and the fig was pretty awesome to begin with.

All this talk about ripping Hulk's pants off....time for a cold shower :wink1:

I got a chance to decide either get the A1 or the A2 hulk. Did my research and decided on the A1 due to the darker green and iconic torn pants and found a decent deal on BST on facebook group. Can't wait for it to arrive next week! Now I have to go to local Lowe to get the 6mm cable tie thing for the detolf. Can I fit Hulk, Mark 7, spidy and Mark 42 on one shelf on the detolf?

I had Hulk, DW Thor, (on a flying stand) and AoU Cap on the same shelf. Once I got Mk 43 it was way too crowded. I had to move Cap and Iron Man to their own shelf. The only reason three worked as well as they did was because of the flight stand for Thor.

Depends on your perspective and what is to crowded. I've seen plenty of set ups where it looks fine with five. Three is easy to do.

Yeah I guess if you're going for fairly vanilla poses and using small stands it works pretty well. These cases are also all better lit than mine. I'm sure that makes a difference too.

The six figure shelves look cramped and sloppy, four looks good though. That's how I'm going to try mine with Cap, Thor, IM, and Hulk.

I like to be able to see as much of the figure as possible. I don't like figures standing in front of each other. That's why I used the flight stand for Thor. Hulks big enough that it doesn't bother me to have anyone in front of him... If you set it up like that there will be enough room. I couldn't swing it with the Mk 43 stand and the Falcon flight stand I was using for Thor though. They fit, I just wasn't happy with how.

Yeah, definitely. The big dynamic stands are no good for me. I get extras of the small oval stands and use those for everyone, I do museum poses so it works for me.

I'm planning to pose mine like in the last pic Motux posted. Cap in the middle flanked by Thor and Stark, with Hulk looming behind.

Then it's going to look great. Half the fun of Hulk is figuring out how to display him. He really is a monster. Make sure you post pics when you get everything set up! All this talk about displays makes me want to tweak my set up now.
