You keep the boxes? I just take the figure and accessories out and throw out the rest. I keep all the hands, weapons and pieces in a big tupperware.

I'm quite curious to see what the box art is like for the Hulk, though if Nick Fury and Hawkeye are any indication, nothing too special, that rescue Cap box has some cool graphics but it looks like the Avengers figures are just black and white versions of real character photos with their character color.

Yeah, all 3 Avengers figures so far have had that same style box, I don't think Hulk or anyone else will be any different other than being slightly larger.

I'm new to this pre-order / waitlist etc. stuff.....So, SSC has HT Hulk on pre-order for $299, but a reputable comic store near me has it on pre-order for $269. Is there any reason other than the $15 in SSC rewards that I should buy the SSC figure instead of going with the comic store?

Only if you live in or near California and want it early from SSC.

Yes. The only way to get it domestically before SSC is to order it from a distributor in Asia.

Another advantage is that SS will replace anything damaged in the mail or with factory flaws.

Just watched the Incredible Hulk on FX the other night. All I kept doing was substituting Ruffalo and the Avengers Hulk into the fight scene with the Abomination. How cool would it be if somehow Marvel to could digitally add the Avengers Hulk in at least the final fight scene? It would help the continuity (not like it needs it) for all the movies to Avengers so much more.
