It depends on exactly how you want to describe it.

1) Yes of course they bend....after all, this is a HOT TOYS figure, what do you expect!??

2) They go from "not really being very straight" to "not being very bent"...after all, this is a HOT TOYS figure, what do you expect!??

I'm not sure how this is different than the elbow question. Do you mean by the shoulders?
