The gantry is under-scaled so I'll wait for the two-pack with Piett!...

Rather wait for an eventual ROTJ Vader with a full head sculpt and a more complete helmet removal (probably a pretty safe bet). Then later hopefully get one of these ESB chest boxes on Toyanxiety in order to swap between the looks for both movies. If the only other differences in costumes are the hook on the ROTJ armor for the cape chain, and no hook for the lightsaber hilt on the ROTJ belt, then I'd have no problem with that.

I only wish HT could have thrown a bone to those of us (though apparently not that many) without an unlimited amount of money to spend, and just done one "ultimate" Vader first; one with full head sculpt, removable facemask, and both chest boxes as accessories. I understand why they didn't - they can count on every Vader they release getting sold out - but it would have been a nice holiday gesture from HT.

They never really do all in one releases like that. From a collector’s perspective I can see wanting that but it makes sense for them to capitalize on multiple releases.

Exactly. I had the SS DX Vader and the reveal head stayed in a drawer. I'll be more than satisfied with this Vader. It's the best version of him in film, has the LED saber, the gantry base, half reveal helmet, and may have confirmed two new figures in its promo shots (Luke and Boba). It does it all.

Its a catch 22 really. All of us would be upset if it was not included yet none of us will be displaying it this way. I guess it’s like a accessory…. We don’t need to display them all but we like that it was included.

I am sure Jazz is gonna do a diorama for the ESB reveal scene sooner than later..............he loves his Vader and his stuff is beyond pro level

Maybe not many, that's true. The option wouldn't hurt, though. My bet is that HT uses the full reveal feature to justify an ROTJ solo Vader. At that point, that's as complete a Vader as I can imagine (assuming an ESB chest box can be found parted out to swap back and forth). Plus, ROTJ Vader might have more than just a stump hand as a new accessory. By that point, HT will have had the most time to iron out flaws with all prior versions, or have come up with new ideas.

Hmm, I might preorder at bbts since no nrd and wait for some more of my rp to come in at sideshow that way I can cancel and order at sideshow with all of my rp but if it sells out/wait lists at sideshow I would still have my order in. I want to make one final sideshow order to use my rp then I am switching to bbts/time walker.
