Every picture I've seen of Han has been fabulous; almost every picture I've seen of Chewie has been atrocious.

Manufacturing yields and statistics people. Either the number of chewie heads with the fat lip is within tolerance for defects or there are simply so many that they are actually the norm - we simply have to accept it and move on because it's Hot Toys and well you know... statistics.

Hey guys, I'm pretty new at this forum stuff so my apologies for the crappy pics or if I mess up, but I decided to trim Chewie's muzzle as much as I could and futzed around with it to see if it made a difference. I personally think it worked out well!

If only you could somehow lower the nose. You can clearly see its misplaced in the picture from the side. Shame on you HT

@eczamurai: Thanks! I tried to show the corners of his mouth without it looking too much like a puppet. As for the nose placement it's very unfortunate to see HT let it slide. I give props to Faststreet for attempting to fix it though. I just don't have the guts to disassemble a $300+ figure. Hopefully the next Chewie will be a step up whenever that'll be.

Very nice. That's probably up there to being the best I've seen this figure look. Not sure if it could get much better than that.

I would try to make the fore arms less straight though. Let's not forget he's a big walking carpet!

Too windy to get creative outside. Didn't want to damage the boots either so he was just on the stand.
