It just goes to show that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The HS on thing figure is okay to me with the helmet on only. While I thought the majority of the RDJ HS looked quite well done.

Doesn't matter. Good looking figure. Another job well done by HT.

Yes we do . Although, to be completely honest, I picked this up because of the amazing costume detail. I feel like the prices for Hot Toys figures are out of hand now, but you actually get a pretty great figure for the price - lots of accessories too. I think in the future, a figure with this much detail will easily be in the $250-$300 range.

well if we're being completely honest, i bought thor and odin solely because it didn't want loki to be alone on the shelf ~ hahahahaha

I bought Odin for the costume & for that reason as well.. I didn't get Thor yet. I'm waiting for a version that I actually like. Haven't been impressed with any of the Thors yet.

the thors have been sad. i got a cheap v.1 last summer when you couldn't give him away and last week i bought a v.2 replacement head, which isn't great, but a little better at least for an upgrade. the first one was so seriously ugly.

but who cares because they're just there to make loki look awesome ~ hahahahaha.

actually i really like the odin figure. he's pretty cool.

I totally agree. I do find myself buying figures so others aren't so lonely but I have to draw the line somewhere. The Odin figure is awesome and he will look amazing with Loki. One day they'll come up with an awesome Thor to make everyone happy

LOL! I will do that too, I wanted to wait until thor tdw version, but loki needs a buddy, Thor is not what I expected from the beggining but to be honest it turned much better once it was released (I hope this makes sense) XD

I had originally planned to have his helmet on, but now I'm a little worried it could scratch his face. What are other people planning on doing? Helmet, or no helmet?

Definitely going to go with the helmet on. I think it adds so much to the figure. I wouldn't think it would damage the face being that they're plastic.
