i think i have dropped odin on his face a dozen times (he's heavy!) and i haven't managed to wreck his paint yet. i think if you're careful taking the helmet on and off like it shows on the video (and not just shoving it on there and yanking it off), it shouldn't be a problem.

all that said, mine is still going hatless.

VMA's sucked... Im glade Avengers picked up 2 awards, the second being best fight. But Batman just got **** on by every award show over the past year. Oscars wouldn't allow them as a candidate due to the Aurora shooting? DKR was sick.

TDKR not being nominated for best picture isn't because of Aurora. It's because it wasn't an Oscar worthy film.
