Well I wouldnt know what the alien gun or the tesseract container is for if i didnt see the movie
I only knew Loki lost and got captured cause Hiddleston spoiled it in an interview,
otherwise, i wouldnt be too sure about him being captured
dont get me wrong, I dont like people needlessly putting spoiler tags on everything
im just stating possible reasons why this was tagged

Exactly, so in the same vein a muzzle and shackles could just as easily be something Loki uses on another. It implies nothing specific.
Unless you know Nordic mythology in detail, in which case the muzzle is a clear reference to the other gods sewing Loki's mouth shut.
