Agreed, first film Loki made with today's standards would be incredible. Best version of the character, and he felt much more like a trickster than the blatant villain he was in Avengers.

That's one of the reasons I want a Thor Loki so much - it's my favorite film for the character. As much as I love Avengers, I'm not overly fond of the way Whedon simplified Loki.

Brainiac: :hi5:

:exactly: Three more of my most wanted figures right there!!

It's nice to see others want a Howling Commando's Bucky. I would go back and buy the TFA Cap, if they made him and Agent Carter.

You're also right, that we'll probably never get a Thor Loki. It still burns me they released Odin and not him.

Thor Loki is my most favorite depiction and costume of the character in the films.

There's a reason why I skipped Avengers Loki, it's because of the simple fact that Thor Loki > Avengers Loki :clap

Definitely need an Agent Carter as well, I need one to go with my First Avenger Cap - really wish Hot Toys would have released more figures from that film.

:exactly: I do like my Avengers Loki but I agree with you there.

Avengers Loki was great as an adversary and the design was amazing. That said, it's the buildup and characterization he received in Thor that made me love the character in the first place, hence my personal bias for it overall. :)

:clap :exactly: I've also skipped both Avengers and Dark World Loki. I don't care for the costumes, too much like an overcoat. I might have gotten the DW version with that 40% off coupon a few weeks back, but I was too late. I have to hold out hope for Ragnarok. I even bought a loose Gungnir (Odin's spear) way back, waiting for a Loki to wield.... :(

Thor: Loki has probably become one of the MCU grails (along with a Howling Commandos Bucky, Agent Carter, and Sif), haha. Even though there have been two other figures of him, I still want the first version soooooooo bad. Favorite look, favorite film for the character. It will probably remain my favorite Thor film, too.

:goodpost: Agreed on so many points. The first Thor was the better of the two films, and Loki was so great there because he had depth. That scene with Odin in the vault (after he finds out he's a Frost Giant) gets me every time, more so than anything in the two subsequent movies.

What might have been....:(

:exactly: I agree. That is a really well done scene I think

I absolutely adore that scene. So powerfully acted by Tom. But I think that scene was the heart of Loki's character too. The first Thor film is still one of my favorites of the MCU. It's actually the movie that made me a fan. I liked Iron Man, but became more passionate about the franchise after Thor.

:exactly: Same for me as well. Loved the first Thor film (and still do) :rock

:goodpost: It's in my top 5 MCU films.

Yep, he was all about making his father proud, in his own delusional way. And then once he lost that, he just became a delusional would-be king. :(

I would have loved that Loki for the accessory. I am waiting for the next release to see if i like it before I decide to track down an Avengers version.
