Just saw this. I think it looks excellent and the best looking Spidey thus far. Buuuut that vinyl/rubber stuff the costume is made out of would worry me and don't like.

Regardless if the movie is good or not, this is a pretty good representation of Spiderman. Also I missed out on the Raimi red & blue.

I do agree that the price is a hike but I still ordered. I will need to get the first version soon. Saving points up to get it cheaper.

Yeah I thought it was very medicomish with the red.

For that price, the suit should be movie accurate. Either way, I always take 10 dollars off of the price because Sideshow gives a 20 dollar coupon every month.

I guess this just shows hot toys that people are willing to pay any price for a figure. The thing doesn't even have a head sculpt and it's almost the same price as the extremely detailed General Zod. I guess people enjoy telling hot toys that we are excited to start paying $250 for sub par figures at this rate.
