i don't trust those, I also have that but for Midas I got it an hour late and I learned Midas went up from here

no dont trust them, I always check manually

the Ancient Predator went up for PO at 6pm(GMT+1), I got the email at 9.21pm(GMT+1)

never trust the emails

and just for everyone information, Sideshow is announcing all the online comic con stuff and new preorders at 6pm every day, like clockwork

Yeh the emails will be manually set off and the person adding the figure to the system / enabling it for view likely isnt the same one who triggers the email.

That and depending on how large the subscription list is it can take a couple of hours for an bulk messaging system to run through the entire list.

In theory social media would be more reliable but that would depend on whoever manages Twitter etc knows exactly when products like that go up and whether they consider it a part of their marketing plan.

even Sideshows Twitter and Facebook pages dont announce the pre-orders, they started doing the Online Comic-Con announcements and then just stopped, but yeah its probably a different person
