I hope its okay to post this in here, if not, itll be in my collection thread, and I am an owner of the original figure which I love, but i just tweaked the poptoys outfit to be more accurate with gold zippers and darker denim with Rogers boots. this bootleg head is actually amazing, when put next to the hot toys original, it more than holds up..

I know I am pretty lame...I'm one of those bums that is not on FB.

Would you be able to tell me what body you used? I can figure the other stuff out.

Any info is greatly appreciated TonyMeis - thanks!
And again awesome looking mod!

I was thinking of using your mod but with X3 head:

Just ordered this guy with the intention of doing just this. Thanks for the inspiration and I'll post pics when I get all the pieces together.

Now to source a those gauntlets and a cheap Light Armor Thor Body.... or decide to go with a cheaper exposed joints body.

It's a bit late, but I think I'm going to take the plunge and order this figure tomorrow. I need a Wolverine in my collection, and I like how this one has a near-perfect sculpt of Hugh Jackman.

By the way, those are some great customs, chilipep.

That's why I jumped in; back in the 80's he was my favorite character but when I got into HT collecting a few months ago I was stuck on the IM/Avengers releases. Like you said...I need a Wolverine in my collection.

Nice! It's the best Hugh to date, just be sure to inspect the suit since it may have tears in it.

I've avoided this thread because I'm trying to keep my collection focused, but this figure looks glorious!

Leenart's photos simultaneously make me want a DofP Logan and remind me that I need to be more creative when posing my figures! I'm always afraid of making them unstable, but those poses clearly allow him to use the stand while making the figure so much more striking.

Thanks my pics inspired you! I really like to pose my figures up, as you can see in my other pics of figures I bought.

It is a great figure but I think Logan's facial expression lends to more of a "museum pose" than an all out action pose. It looks great in my cabinet...next to AOU Cap. :cuckoo:

I too am waiting. I went for Star Lord (seemingly a good choice) and AOU Cap first. But I really want this guy. I just need a little oomph and incentive to go for such a bare bones figure.
